- Conduct extensive searches and manage end-end assignments involving critical positions, supporting senior management in defining job specifications, candidate profiling and efficient onboarding converting to increased offer acceptance rate and subsequent retention of new employees.
- Partner with line managers to coach, guide and influence recruitment processes and decisions.
- Create and drive multi channel sourcing and employer branding strategies.
